My Sniper Suit - JTF2 Spec

This is the description the way it was on the eBay listing.

I have become the proud owner of what the Canadian military refers to on their website as a garment that is so difficult to produce that most companies turned down contract offers-the CADPAT (TW) sniper suit.

The suit is a size large and as it is designed to be worn over the regular field uniform it is very generously cut.  It can easily be worn over the top of a field jacket and insulated pants by people up to 195cms tall and with a chest of up to 125cms, waist 95cms (elasticated).

The jacket features 35 foliage loops and a multitude of pockets in different sizes as well as nylon-reinforced elbows and tourniquet type straps and thumb loops.  The jacket also comes with built-in suspenders and an elasticated button-up crotch strap.  Two way front zipper and pit-zips that are covered on the inside with black nylon mesh for ventilation and to keep insects out.  Shoulder, elbow, and collar bones are padded with removable closed-cell foam padding. White storage label still attached to the back of the jacket (removed when issued).

Removable hood with wire stiffener.

The pants also come with foliage loops on the back and two big thigh pockets as well as hip pockets and back pockets (all flapped).  Reinforced seat and knees (nylon), stirrup straps and a two way zipper in the fly complete the picture.  The pants also come with their foam inserts.
