I'm not a huge fan of the exterior and the leather seating.  The interior has a nice layout, moreless, but there is a design flaw with the joystick.  The thumb rests should be on the on the seat side of the joystick, and not on the inside like they are now.  Put your hand in place like it would be they way it's designed and it'll hit you quickly the weird spot your thumb is in.  Yes, one could always use the other grip, but do you actually feel like reaching across the console all the time?
